Job Summary:
Join the innovative team as a Live Commerce New Seller Activation Specialist to empower and drive success for new sellers on this dynamic platform. In this pivotal role, you'll directly coach newly onboarded sellers, helping them to understand our Live platform, refine their selling strategies, and utilize tools for engaging live shows. Your goal will be to ensure these sellers can build their audience, convert viewers into buyers, and create impactful, high-quality live streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate successful launches for new sellers on client's Live, ensuring a smooth and impactful start. Deliver data-backed coaching and recommendations to sellers, focused on optimizing their success on the Live platform. Develop, test, and refine activation playbooks and incentives to increase viewer engagement, interaction, and sales conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding, training, and seller retention strategies. Advocate for seller needs and contribute to the development of scalable processes for long-term seller success on Live.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven e-commerce experience with direct involvement in seller or retailer growth. Strong analytical capabilities for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication skills, capable of guiding sellers with clear, impactful advice.
Industry Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or equivalent, specifically focusing on seller or retailer management and growth strategies.
