ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Ive been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. Ive served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church. I also coach youth hockey, baseball, football, and soccer, which has given me a deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS : Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
