Job Overview A well‑known mid‑size law firm located in Boston’s Financial District is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You’ll handle a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters—ranging from catastrophic injury claims to coverage disputes and professional malpractice.

Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery and depositions

Appear in court and support trial teams

Advise clients on insurance coverage, indemnity, and litigation strategy

Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and high‑stakes settlements

What We’re Looking For

J.D. + MA Bar admission (good standing)

3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple matters with independence and initiative
