Executive Assistant Job at Insight Global in West Palm Beach

Were looking for a sharp, Type A Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of their work. This is an onsite role in West Palm Beach supporting senior executives by anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and making confident decisions with minimal oversight.

Day-to-Day:

Proactively manage calendars, travel, and meetings
Anticipate executive needs and prepare materials in advance
Act as a liaison across teams to keep priorities aligned
Own tasks from start to finish with minimal direction
Make judgment calls and solve problems before they arise

salary starts at $70K and is flexible for the right candidate
