Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Carmichael, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/11/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: Case Manager / Care Coordinator Shift: 8-hour Days, Every Other Week (EOW), First to Float Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varies by department) Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Contract Duration: 13 weeks Unit: Case Management / Care Coordination Patient Load: 15–20 consults per day Care Areas: All inpatient areas of the hospital (no outpatient or home care) Orientation: 5 days of care coordination new employee orientation Unit-specific orientation (timeframe case by case) Requirements: Prior California Dignity Health experience mandatory BSN required Current BLS & EMR certification Must be able to work at least one full weekend per month Experience with Interqual (IQ) criteria preferred; training provided Duties / Responsibilities: Case management, discharge planning, and utilization review (both required) Completing initial assessments, Interqual evaluations, discharge planning in Cerner Managing patients of all payers, including uninsured and homeless Collaboration, teamwork, effective communication, reprioritizing tasks throughout the day About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
