Executive Chef 2
for
The Keele Center, in Delray Beach, FL.
This 5‑star, state‑of‑the‑art luxury community offers medical detox, older adult residential treatment, and neurocognitive services. The dining experience is fine‑dining level with made‑to‑order meals and high‑end buffets. You will oversee dining operations for the two off‑site residential units, manage approximately 20 staff members, and support the Keele Center mission.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow the menu while managing and controlling food costs and offering high‑quality service to residents.
Oversee residential dining services, catering, and special events.
Maintain full financial oversight of the account, including budgeting and reporting.
Provide technical training, coaching, and leadership to the production team.
Drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction through strong leadership skills.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Meet or exceed Sodexo’s operations standards.
Apply knowledge of special diets and allergens.
Prefer familiarity with Sodexo Food Management System (FMS).
