Banner Urgent Care is expanding and currently seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join our team in the Phoenix East Valley. This position is ideal for providers who thrive in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment and offers full‑time shifts with flexible scheduling. Banner Urgent Care is part of an integrated health system operating within a dynamic retail environment, dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovation, including Telehealth, sports medicine, and joint primary care.
Clinic Features
Flexible scheduling encouraging work/life balance
Clinic hours: open 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., including holidays
Shared call one shift per month
Support team of medical assistants, front‑office staff, and a network of specialists for an autonomous practice
Additional patient‑care incentives to boost earnings
Locations qualify for federal public student loan forgiveness (PSLF)
Qualifications
Minimum one year of urgent care or related procedural experience
Physician Assistant designation with an active Arizona license
DEA registration with prescriptive authority required
National Certification (NCCPA) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
Recent experience with all age groups, from newborn to geriatric
Proficient in urgent‑care procedures
Ability and desire to thrive in a patient‑centric environment
