Overview
Position Summary : The Site Supervisor / Foreman will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in construction and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, including crew assignments, work progress, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of the work plan. Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a hazard-free job site. Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to stay within budget and schedule. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Resolve on-site issues quickly to prevent delays. Prepare and submit daily site reports, including work completed, manpower, and material usage. Ensure work meets project quality standards and client expectations. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project schedules. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus. OSHA 30 certification. What We Offer
