Join a team developing life‑changing technology that improves patient outcomes and reduces healthcare costs. In this role, you’ll help drive the design for manufacturability and the successful launch of new Ultrasound System production lines — contributing directly to innovations that make a real impact in healthcare.
Your Role
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering teams through all phases of system development — including planning, design, implementation, testing, and on‑time delivery — to meet customer and quality requirements.
Provide hands‑on technical support and perform root cause analysis for design, process, and quality issues on the production floor, resolving yield and nonconformance challenges.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) principles within the Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) process to drive continuous improvement and optimize production efficiency.
Implement design changes within factories and supplier sites as part of PDLM‑managed projects, ensuring integration and compliance with established standards and timelines.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system release into production (e.g., Process Requirements, DfX, PFMEA, Process Validation, Manufacturing Control Plans, Work Instructions).
You’re The Right Fit If
You’ve acquired a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment as an individual contributor.
Your skills include a working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing principles, with experience applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) concepts, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial or a related engineering field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in both written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
