We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full‑time in Shrewsbury, MA, conveniently located outside of Worcester. Ideally, we are seeking a Physical Therapist with orthopedic clinical experience, although we are open to a new graduate with the right clinical placements. You must have a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others through personalized physical‑therapy regimens, and a team‑player attitude.

Responsibilities
Patient consultation: review health and medical histories, examine patients, review medical records/imaging, and determine reason for visit.
Consult with referring physicians and the healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed.
Develop and implement physical‑therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s needs.
Assist patients through all phases of treatment, including exercise instruction, modality use, and activities of daily living.
Provide patient education on PT benefits, recovery processes, and home‑exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes in patient charts.
Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
Create a friendly, focused experience for patients.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
Active PT license in Massachusetts.
One year or more experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred (motivated recent graduates considered).
Schedule
Full‑time.
8‑ to 12‑hour days with flexible scheduling options.
Compensation $95,000 – $100,000 per year.
