Big Bend Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive, state-of-the-art, fast-paced, one doctor, small animal practice located in Riverview, FL. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Dentistry, Cold Laser Therapy, In‑House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Medical and/or Vacation Boarding, and Grooming services.
Big Bend Animal Hospital is located in Riverview, just south of Tampa close to Brandon mall. The area is fast‑growing yet maintains a rural feel. The proximity to I‑75 allows for an easy commute to both the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas. Popular attractions include Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Zoo Tampa, beaches, boating, Ybor City downtown scene, and more. Local schools are excellent, making it an ideal area to raise a family.
We’re Looking For Part‑Time Veterinarian
Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
Proficient in general medicine and surgery
Experience required (comfortable with soft‑tissue surgeries, dentals, etc)

Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
Active Veterinary State License
USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
