Job Description Develop individualized treatment plans for residents in long‑term care, short‑stay rehab, and outpatient settings. Deliver compassionate, quality care while supporting a team‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
Provide speech‑language therapy to long‑term care, short‑stay rehab, and outpatient patients.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient‑first care.
Elicit and document progress, modify plans, and report outcomes.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Montana (or eligible to obtain license).
Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
Experience with skilled nursing/rehab preferred; new graduates welcome.
Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
