Qualifications
M.S. in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering (years of experience determines engineering position)
Strong creative skills and technical background
A keen focus on client satisfaction and responsiveness
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and follow through on responsibilities to meet project deadlines
Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting
Excellent analytical and research skills with a commitment to continuous learning
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP, STAAD.Pro, RAM Steel, ETABS, and/or SAFE (or equivalent), Enercalc, Tedds, and Concept
Familiarity with design/build and comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements
Proven experience working on all phases of construction documents
Proficiency in the latest releases of Revit
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Bluebeam (a plus)
Ability to travel if necessary (majority of work along the Wasatch Front)
Ability to adapt in a manner consistent with your talent and proficiency
