by a rapidly expanding, private equity–backed design‑build firm specializing in luxury residential and resort architecture and construction. Backed by a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment platform with over

$3.5B in assets under management , the firm provides fully integrated architecture, design, and construction services across Utah, California, and Los Cabos. With an in‑house design studio of more than 15 architects and designers, and a robust development pipeline in the U.S. and Mexico, the company is scaling its architectural presence in Park City and seeking a key leader to anchor that growth.

Position Summary We are seeking a

hands‑on, licensed Project Architect , reporting into the

Chief Operating Officer , to lead architectural operations in the US and collaborate with an established, high‑performing design team based in Mexico known for delivering exceptional luxury residential and resort‑style projects. This role combines creative leadership with technical execution, serving as the key bridge between design, construction, and ownership to ensure seamless project delivery. The position offers the rare opportunity to

build and expand upon a proven architectural foundation , shaping a growing practice in the US backed by the resources, financial strength, and long‑term vision of a leading private equity real estate platform, with occasional travel to California and Los Cabos for coordination and leadership.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Minimum of

5+ years

of experience in

high‑end residential design

Active architectural license

in Utah (or eligibility for reciprocity)

Proficiency in

Revit

and

AutoCAD

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate complex projects

Spanish language proficiency is a plus
