Retail Sales Consultant – AT&T – Goleta, California

What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule of 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends; seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits Base hourly rate: $21.43–$24.95 + $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Over‑achieving goals can earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Compensation is uncapped.

Sign‑On Bonus Qualified hires receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in installments: $3,000 after 6 months, $3,000 after 9 months, and $4,000 after 12 months of employment, subject to the agreement for repayment of the sign‑on bonus.
