As a Therapist on our team, you will work in a collaborative environment that supports growth and licensure. Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.

Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.

Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.

Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.

Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling, or a related field.

Provisional license per state regulation if required.

Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.

Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high‑quality care.

Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.

Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Effective time‑management and efficient completion of documentation and administrative tasks.

Proficiency in Spanish (required).

Compensation Compensation begins at $54,000 and increases based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
