Job Description We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. At IMMI, this role is a unique combination requiring skills in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, operational analysis, financial analysis, and Oracle Data expertise. All of this is used to lead the organization in developing, analyzing, and presenting timely and relevant financial metrics to help drive organizational decision making.

Location Onsite – Westfield, IN.
Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop a rolling P&L forecast with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Play a key role in annual budgeting.
Manage and improve the rolling forecast.
Analyze variances and recommend improvements.
Management Reporting
Develop and present KPI reports.
Create actionable reports with the FP&A team.
Establish performance metrics with operations.
Monitor and report on daily exemption reports and production variances.
Project Analysis – New Product Development (NPD)
Gather and analyze data for business cases.
Understand foreign currency impacts.
Advise on financial resource investments.
Provide feedback on resource allocation proposals.
Participate in project status meetings.
Analyze operational costs and develop cost standards.
Perform cost‑volume‑profit analysis.
Update processes to reduce costs and maximize profit.
Support other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Standard Costing
Learn IMMI’s material, labor, overhead, and intercompany transactions.
Participate in annual cost roll‑ups.
Ensure overhead rates meet business needs.
Collaborate to ensure accurate BOM and routers.
Provide analytical reports to improve costing.
Inventory Tracking
Manage intercompany transaction timing and processes.
Evaluate and review obsolete inventory.
Support global inventory tracking.
Establish transfer pricing methodologies.
Validate consolidated eliminations for intercompany sales.
Provide inventory turn and analysis reports.
Financial Reporting
Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations.
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Deep working knowledge and skills in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, operational analysis, financial analysis, and Oracle Data expertise.
8 or more years’ work experience and 2 or more years’ experience in accounting, economics, business, or related field.
Oracle knowledge and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent eye for detail and organization.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite.
Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities.
