You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑grade systems that blend structured data pipelines, cloud‑native architectures, and next‑gen agentic AI applications.
What You’ll Do
Lead and architect AI based solutions, empowering AI vision for the team, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art GenAI solutions. Ability to design scalable, cloud‑native applications on GCP and drive communication with senior leadership on the design and implementation.
Gather requirements and drive project execution, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical approaches and delivery timelines.
Design and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents tailored to healthcare workflows.
Develop high‑performance APIs with FastAPI to connect AI models and data systems.
Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and architectures in MLOps, LLMOps, and cloud‑native AI infrastructure.
Take ownership of solution delivery, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with technical best practices in a fast‑paced environment.
Must Have Skills
Architecting AI based solutions in cloud. (GCP preferred) and mentor team into implementing the solutions.
Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, RAGs, vector databases, MCP, openAI, GPTs, Agent development kits.
Strong experience with GCP services (GKE, BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).
Good understanding of backend/API development and integrating AI solutions to backend.
Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents) and Agentic AI architectures (multi‑agent workflows, planning, and tools orchestration for autonomous task execution).
Proficiency in Python and SQL. Understanding ETL/ETL workflows, pub‑sub architecture.
MLOps/LLMOps workflows.
Ability to lead projects, gather requirements, and execute independently from design to deployment.
