Join Santander Bank, N.A. as an Associate in Credit Card Business Strategy. This role focuses on driving innovative credit card and lending solutions, supporting strategic initiatives and market analysis for the U.S. credit card business. Responsibilities
Support the development of short‑ and long‑term strategies for the U.S. credit card business in alignment with corporate objectives. Assist in building and updating strategic roadmaps, business plans, and go‑to‑market frameworks for new and existing credit card and loan products. Develop comprehensive business cases for new customer value propositions. Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and inform future product development strategies. Manage daily engagement with internal and external partners for key initiatives. Coordinate across internal teams to align timelines with go‑to‑market strategies. Drive collaboration and cross‑functional execution of project milestones. Create and tailor presentation content for local and global forums where strategic initiative updates will be shared and discussed. Qualifications
Familiarity with credit cards and lending products, digital finance platforms, and innovation trends in the consumer lending space. Proficiency in synthesizing data to tell clear and concise stories. Experience developing business cases and building presentations to convey ideas and recommendations. Customer‑centric mindset that prioritizes customer needs and value delivery. Self‑starter with a forward‑thinking, positive, can‑do attitude. Strong background in banking products and services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 5+ years of related work experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field. Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $73,125.00 – $117,500.00 USD (annualized). Link to Santander Benefits:
