As the Regional Director, Sales-Builder Channel, you will lead LG’s sales efforts through a hybrid retail channel and direct sales to national builders, expanding market share in the home building industry.
Position Summary We are building a world‑class builder sales organization to achieve hyper‑growth with industry‑leading back‑office sales support and innovative logistics. In this role, you will coach and manage Zone Managers and Builder Sales Managers, driving strategy, execution, and customer loyalty across your region.
What You Will Do
Support and help develop the sales strategies and tactics to execute business plans and grow customer business in the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers in the region.
Present business proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure orders in line with account business plans.
Serve as the primary LG contact in the region.
Provide accurate volume forecasting to ensure adequate order fulfillment.
Maintain exceptional customer relationships through product education, performance reviews, and two‑way communication.
Ensure all sales reporting and metrics are completed and submitted on time.
Manage and mentor the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
Be available for 40% regional travel and support nationally for builder trade shows and corporate travel to NJ.
What You Will Bring
12+ years of sales success with related products, accounts, and customers, including 5+ years in sales management.
Experience in both the appliance and builder industries.
Breakthrough sales leadership and a performance‑focused mindset.
Strong relationship building, communication, and business acumen to drive results.
Thought leadership across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Account P&L.
GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA desirable.
Recruiting Range: $160,000 – $230,000 USD.
