Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 1 year of contract with potential extension
Location: 3200 Hackberry Road Irving TX 75063 United States
Responsibilities Translate business objectives and target metrics into specific tactical growth programs Design and own key growth initiatives to acquire new 7NOW users in target markets, maximizing user growth & ROI within a given budget Collaborate with Analytics & Product teams to closely track performance of initiatives and derive insights to deliver continuous improvement in ROI, CAC, and Retention Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consumer Strategy, and Market Operations team to ensure delivery of multi-channel growth campaigns and cohesive customer experience Manages complex, multi-workstream initiatives from concept to launch to iteration Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs for marketing teams and operations teams Build business cases for high-priority growth initiatives and present to internal leadership teams to secure buy-in and resources
Required Skills Bachelors degree or higher; ideally in Business, Marketing, Program Management or related fields 4+ years of experience in growth focused roles (e.g., Growth Strategy, S&O, Field Marketing, Market Leader) or Consulting Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver impactful results. Prior experience at high-growth B2C ecommerce companies, especially online marketplaces, or growth-oriented business units within larger brands
