Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Lead Superintendent
to oversee the field operations of a high-rise hospitality project in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale vertical construction projects and leading site teams through all phases of the build.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations and site logistics Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and owners Lead site meetings and provide progress updates Oversee punch list completion and project closeout
Qualifications 810 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven experience with
high-rise hospitality projects
(10+ stories preferred) Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and finish sequencing Proficient in scheduling software and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification required Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills Experience with block-and-plank or post-tensioned concrete systems Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site culture
