Compensation Annual Base Salary: $158,740.00
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: No; Sales bonus eligible: No. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and incentive program.
Duties
Execute comprehensive candidate recruitment strategies, ensuring seamless progression through the four‑stage interview process.
Conduct thorough interviews, deliver career overview, and provide detailed insights into training and marketing initiatives.
Present compensation overview to candidates, explain onboarding process, and facilitate a smooth transition into roles.
Develop tailored individual plans, guide candidates toward optimal production levels, and monitor per‑agent production.
Provide individualized instruction and training drills to part‑time and full‑time agents.
Conduct field observations, demonstrations, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Implement retention strategies and collaborate with office management on short, medium, and long‑term goals.
Assist agents with underwriting and suitability processes, and aid in professional development.
Education & Experience Requirements
Two (2) years of experience as a Sales, General, Operations Manager, or related profession recruiting, mentoring, or developing high‑performing sales professionals.
Hands‑on experience coordinating a high‑performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) and other technologies to track activity and monitor company metrics.
Experience providing customized financial solutions and participating in talent recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
Required licenses: FINRA SIE, Series 6, 6TO, or 7, Series 63 or 66, Florida Life, Health & Variable Contracts Insurance Agent license.
