About The Job The
Regional Director of Company Operations
(Georgia and Florida) is a strategic business leader rooted in our culture. The role manages over half a billion dollars in revenue with direct P&L accountability. The leader oversees a team of 6,500 employees and 200+ company locations, guiding Market Coaches, a Local Store Marketing leader, and aligning with Franchise and Company Operations. The position is based in either Georgia or Florida.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies, tactics, and business plans that support and align with key initiatives.
Provide strategic leadership to each Market Leader to deliver a meaningful guest experience across a diverse group of restaurants.
Lead with intent, driving profit goals and meeting flow‑through objectives; analyze available reports to identify opportunities and lead period business reviews, focusing on top‑line sales through operational disciplines.
Maintain a deep bench at all levels within the Region, ensuring a 2x2 successor plan and executing people strategies.
Accountable for coaching and training management for operational excellence and national training initiatives.
Develop and maintain management staffing levels; drive full management staffing for each location, anticipate sales seasonality, and monitor staffing.
Effectively lead and inspire teams throughout the Region by unlocking Cultural Rebels to empower the business.
Resolve Employee Relations activities, provide needed assistance to managers, and proactively address ER needs.
Maintain uncompromising execution of the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy.
Own resolution of chronic Repair & Maintenance issues; determine causes, gather data, identify trends, and take action with R&M Business Partners.
Qualifications
4-year college or university degree preferred, but not required.
8+ years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in a Fortune 500 environment, multi‑unit retail or restaurant setting.
Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Track record in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with P&L responsibility.
Desire to grow into increasingly strategic roles with more scope and scale.
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours with a minimum of 30 hours per week at restaurants.
