Responsibilities
BI Reporting Analyst IV will perform business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations
Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements
May help to produce ad hoc data and reports
As a BI Reporting Analyst IV, you may assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information
May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts
Design user-friendly, automated dashboards for marketing stakeholders
Translate raw numbers into clear insights and recommendations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data standards
Define and maintain standardized marketing metrics and reporting structures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Analytics is a plus
Equivalent work experience in data analysis or marketing reporting may be considered in place of formal education
Data visualization tools: Expertise in tools like Qlik Sense for building dashboards and reports
Statistical analysis: Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting
Digital marketing metrics: Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel analysis
ETL knowledge: Familiarity with data pipelines and tools (e.g., Superglue, Alteryx, Informatica, DBT, Airflow)
Channel expertise: Familiarity with key digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs
Attribution modeling: Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling
SQL proficiency: Writing complex queries to extract, join, and transform data from relational databases
Campaign performance measurement: Ability to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness across different channels
Scripting languages: Python or R for deeper data analysis and automation (nice-to-have)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
