Job Qualifications and Responsibilities
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
A proven track record of creating exceptional, world-class digital experiences (through low and high-fidelity design work).
Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions.
Contribute, champion, and help create standards and patterns that will feature in our Employee Experience Design System using your wealth of experience and knowledge of leading industry standard design systems.
Experience with Figma is a must.
Must be willing to go into the office 4-5 days per week (Downtown NYC).

Min Pay Rate: 100 USD hourly
