Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead our Jiffy Lube location in Lakeland, FL.
Competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms up to $100,000 a year. A Day in the Life of a Store Manager
Keep customers happy, employees happy, and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
Lead by example, set the tone, and make the auto store an enjoyable place to be.
Hire and train the right team members, provide coaching, constructive feedback, and accountability.
Grow automotive business using proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability.
Apply sales and customer service skills to drive performance.
Plan and track budget forecasting models.
Initiate innovation and ask the right questions that lead to progress and success.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Previous leadership experience a plus.
Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills.
Works well under pressure and knows how to delegate.
Places customer service as a priority.
Able to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Professional appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail‑oriented.
Passionate about the automotive industry.
Work Schedule Shifts include day, evenings up to 8 p.m. only, and weekends.
