Northeast Security Inc. is looking to add to our Campus Security teams for one of our top clients in Boston, MA. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to enter a career in Law Enforcement or who previously has experience in that field. Pay rate: $22.15–$25.20 per hour. Schedules: full‑time and part‑time positions available. Location: adjacent to the train station; no parking at the facility. Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (MS Windows, Outlook, OneNote). Constant foot patrol and monitoring. Review security footage and conduct investigations of incidents. Respond to emergency situations, including homelessness and addictions. Write incident reports. Utilize multiple systems to monitor alarms and send notifications. Remain alert and active on the majority of the shift. De-escalate irate tenant/customer calls and access requests. Prior law enforcement or related experience required. Current or pursuing a Criminal Justice degree encouraged. Excellent computer skills utilizing multiple screens. Neat and professional appearance. Dependable transportation. Effective communication in English (written and verbal). High school diploma or GED. Must pass background check and drug screening. Minimum age 18. Responsibilities: Respond to emergency situations in person. Patrol premises outdoors in all weather. Operate alarm systems and dispatch security personnel. Answer incoming lines. Review and investigate incidents. Remain calm in a fast‑paced environment. Monitor multiple premises for irregularities. Report incidents and suspicious activity. Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain proper documentation and forms. Assist as needed per client or Northeast Security requirements. Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibility and friendliness toward clients and residents. Professionalism. Conflict resolution and problem‑solving. Maintain highest ethical and professional standards. Multi‑task and self‑manage in a dynamic environment.
