Product Experience (PX) Lead Adyen is looking for an experienced
Product Experience (PX)
Lead to join our international PX team with members located in Amsterdam, Chicago, and Madrid. You will build and lead a team of 11 full‑stack PX professionals who own the end‑to‑end solution discovery and execution from research, design, to content.
Responsibilities
Define and champion the PX vision and strategy for the IPO solution, ensuring it directly drives broader business goals and success metrics.
Build and grow a high‑performing team of 10+ full‑stack PX professionals, who will own the end‑to‑end solution discovery and execution.
Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Ensure the quality of PX work stays high and consistently raises the bar for our customers.
Champion PX across the organization, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in product strategy.
Empower your team members to succeed, grow, and become highly effective for the business.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at Adyen, including product, development, commercial, and operations teams.
Qualifications
A seasoned manager with 5+ years of people leadership experience in a product design or UX field.
A strategic leader with a builder’s mindset, using deep UX craft and business acumen to create a clear vision and empower teams.
A champion for the customer, balancing user needs with company goals to deliver tangible impact.
An adaptive, growth‑mindset individual who embraces change and learns quickly.
A culture of urgency and action, driving fast testing, learning, and improvement.
Comfortable working across functions and levels, from engineers to executives.
A natural coach and mentor who builds and manages a full‑stack PX team with constructive feedback.
