Position Summary The Director of Family Support Services provides essential administrative and operational support to our leadership team. This role is responsible for working closely with our Clinical Directors and Assistant Clinical Directors, helping to manage the day-to-day administrative demands of our Family Preservation programs: Preserving Families Networks (PFN), Tides Outreach Program (TOP), Believe in Making Results (BMR), and Family Time (FT). This is not a clinical or supervisory position; rather, it is an administrative leadership role designed to streamline operations and empower our clinical staff. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who can handle the administrative workload.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the central point for administrative coordination across the Family Preservation programs. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Drive communication efforts across the team, ensuring a smooth flow of information between clinical leadership, staff, and other departments.

Organize and facilitate staff meetings, supervisor meetings, and special events. This includes developing agendas, documenting minutes, and managing follow-up actions.

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions and professional development events for staff.

Support the clinical leadership team with various administrative responsibilities, including corrective action plans related to clinical case records, monitoring the utilization review schedule, and supporting staff productivity.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters related to the Family Preservation programs.

Assist with interviewing and program orientation for new family preservation program employees.

Manage and participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7/365 coverage across all family preservation programs and regions.

Supervise family preservation programming supervisors as assigned by the VP of Treatment Programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a human services, healthcare, or nonprofit setting.

Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary Range $65,000-$70,000. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, language capacity, skills, and other qualifications relevant to the role, in alignment with organizational parity guidelines and market conditions.
