Responsibilities
Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Strategic Showcasing: Efficiently organize and conduct property showings, leveraging your market acumen to highlight each home's unique appeal
Market Insight: Equip potential buyers with in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, ensuring they make informed decisions
Lead Engagement: Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads, delving into their specific needs and preferences to identify properties that align with their aspirations
Negotiation and Mediation: Act as a pivotal liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents, navigating negotiations with tact and diplomacy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction for all parties involved
Streamlined Purchasing Process: Oversee a seamless home purchasing journey, from initial viewing to closing. Assist buyers in exploring mortgage options that suit their financial landscape, ensuring a transparent and stress-free process
Qualifications
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
An established track record of successful real estate sales
At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Licensed Professional: A valid Real Estate License is essential, affirming your legal and professional capability to list and sell properties within the industry's regulatory framework
Listing Experience: Preferably over 1 year of dedicated experience as a listing agent or in a role with significant exposure to property listings, highlighting your proficiency in preparing, marketing, and selling properties
Educational Background: A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree highly preferred, underscoring the value of a solid educational foundation in developing critical thinking and advanced negotiation skills pertinent to listing and selling properties
Sales Track Record: A proven history of successful property listings and sales, showcasing your ability to effectively market properties, attract potential buyers, and navigate complex negotiations to close deals
Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends, demonstrating your ability to price properties competitively, advise sellers accurately, and implement effective marketing strategies
