Treasury Manager, North America Ferrero is looking for a Treasury Manager, North America. This position will be responsible for overseeing six legal entities and executing financial resources to manage cash flow, liquidity, and debt financing. The role maintains financial stability by collaborating with cross‑functional teams for cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and mitigating financial risks associated with borrowing costs, hedging, and vendor bank guarantees.

Responsibilities

Manage the liquidity situation of the company to minimize cost of funds

Execute financial arrangements, in‑house cash initiatives, and dividend payouts

Ensure adherence to internal controls, group policies, and regulatory requirements

Develop best practices to ensure daily/weekly cash flow reporting to executive management and the Group Luxembourg office are completed timely and efficiently

Build and manage banking relationships and ensure contract renewals are completed

Motivate and develop the treasury team and promote collaboration among cross‑functional teams to maximize results and foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and other treasury education program (CTP or other)

At least 10 years in a leadership or similar role

Knowledge and experience in financial and/or management accounting with a focus in treasury area

Ability to enforce administrative financial control policies, procedures and systems

Experience with ERP and reporting systems – SAP experience preferred

Strong leadership skills, clear communication, collaboration, goal setting, and fostering a positive work environment

The base salary range for this position is $122,819–$163,758 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
