Memorial Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network across the United States. As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead the imaging department in delivering high-quality patient care and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization.
Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding, and coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred; applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education).
Certifications: ARRT & BLS.
Licenses: NM Radiographic Radiologic Technologist.
