Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Position Summary: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator directs the day‑to‑day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards to ensure the highest quality care for residents.
Essential Duties
Ensure facility operations comply with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
Oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures, and policies to meet applicable guidelines.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.

Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related health field preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
