Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
About the Role Hinckley Allen is looking for a Trusts & Estates associate to join a dynamic and sophisticated estate planning and trust and estate administration practice in Hartford. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least four (4) years and have experience working with high net worth clients in developing long-term estate planning strategies, including drafting relevant documents for a range of estates, handling all aspects of the probate process, including post‑mortem estate and tax planning and the preparation of estate tax returns and trust and estate income tax returns.
Qualifications Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA‑approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Connecticut bar. Admission to the Massachusetts bar in addition to Connecticut is a plus.
