TARGET ANALYST REPORTER
to support Department of Defense IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD and extended enterprise locations. As a TAR, you will showcase your SIGINT analysis and reporting expertise while supporting missions vital to national security.
Primary Location:

Ft. Gordon, GA; San Antonio, TX; Wahiawa, HI; various other locations
Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with Poly
What You’ll Get To Do
Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analysing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to IC requirements and customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
Prioritise, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
Share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as counter‑measures and courses of action when applicable.
Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the customer and IC partners’ mission.
Perform pre‑release quality control functions.
Education & Qualifications Education:
A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages, International Relations, Political Science) is preferred; a degree in any field is acceptable.
Experience:
Entry‑level positions require a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus 13 years, a bachelor’s degree and 11 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer’s mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
Pay Range $100,000 – $260,000 (The BTS pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.)
