The Opportunity In this role you will support the Contract Program Management Office with the weekly duties for total program support. You will be part of a small team managing staffing data, interview schedules, onboarding plans, day 1 coordination, equipment purchases, laptop inventory. You will be a jack‑of‑all‑trades supporting recruiting, finance, timekeeping, security messaging, new hire training, professional development licenses and disbursement. You will be the first line of interaction with vendors and employees, creating and sending communications to the supervisors and contract technical employees; assist with marketing plans. You will receive exposure to a strong, collaborative, fine‑tuned Program Management Office and participate in the entire life‑cycle of project execution.

Responsibilities

One of three PIs supporting a large contract from CACI Site; will cross train to provide support for continuity of operations

Provide daily reporting to all program of status of actions

Matrix’d role to a smaller program requiring a high volume of government furnished equipment purchasing, tracking, reporting, inventory and audit

Perform property custodian duties including inventory management, procurement, and annual and quarterly government property deliverables.

Maintain excel trackers, databases and CACI applications to ensure program efficiency and compliance to audit terms

Monitor and validate subcontractor time in Deltek to check for discrepancies

Act as liaison between program/subcontractors and corporate contacts (A/P, Subcontracts, ETADMIN, SUBET)

Support Corporate, Department and Program level reviews as requested

Work with Lead Project Financial Analyst to review and approve costs for customer and vendor invoices

Perform ad hoc cost and other analysis for the program as requested by Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Project Leads and Lead Project Financial Analyst

Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations

Prepares complex administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations

Research and facilitate resolution to vendor payment issues

Track the funding levels on all subcontractor purchase orders and complete purchase requisitions monthly and as needed

Complete close out activities at the end of each option year, such as collect final sub invoices, reconcile variances between monthly reports and invoicing, reconcile LOE, and de‑obligate remaining funding on purchase orders

Monitor group email accounts and ensure responses are within a business day

Qualifications Required:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of related experience supporting programs to include the above responsibilities

Moderate user‑level experience with MS Excel (Pivots/GoalSeek/formula use to maximize data use)

Excellent communications skills; positive, thorough, concise

Excellent customer service skills; rapid response and follow through on delivery

Good attention to detail, leave no stone unturned

Ability to pivot when priorities change across multiple managers/programs have competing requirements

Requires active TS SCI level clearance to start

Desired:

Experience creating staffing matrix’s and updating customized applications with status changes

Experience creating Cost/Financial Analysis

Experience Forecasting/Budgeting; spend plans

Experience creating Financial Reports (corporate and program/customer)

BS in finance‑related program or four years of directly‑related professional experience in lieu of a degree in the field

The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400‑$143,700
