Who You Are:

Proven success record in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred).

A high‑energy, self‑motivated approach with a drive to succeed.

Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.

Strong ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.

Skilled at multi‑tasking, prioritizing, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to respond to leads within 2 hours for the best chance of success.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Must have lived in the Nashville area for at least 3–5 years and possess strong local market knowledge.

Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions

$21.92–$25.96/hour

On‑target earnings potential of ~$1,000/month after ramp‑up, depending on book of business; uncapped
