Job Description
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change according to established procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures.
Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and entire store.
Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
Retail customer experience preferred.
