Position Overview This position is for Manager of Product Management within the Signal & Power Connectivity team (SPC). You will manage both product and market strategy with a specific regional focus on West Coast OEMs. You will work closely with West Coast sales teams and customers, driving new product development, manufacturing strategies, pricing, and marketing. Focus will be on optimization, proliferation, and innovation around products and customer requirements. You will coordinate globally with the global SPC team on product, operations, market, and customer strategy, driving regional and global cross‑functional teams while delivering Excellent Customer Experience and maximizing margin.

Key Responsibilities Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking. Provide materials to support the go‑to‑market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships. Work with R&D and operations to develop new products that meet current and future customer requirements. Handle the product lifecycle by providing product trend analysis. Develop business plans and data analysis to achieve sales, technology, and operations strategies in line with financial goals. Analyze market data, customer and region segmentation, and pricing strategies. Prepare financial analysis for new product launches. Lead PAC discussions for G1 and G2 opportunities. Provide product information and samples to customers and sales teams. Create RTS requests for new product development projects and gather product attribute information for marketing collateral. Support S&OP processes with demand forecasts, pricing analysis, and sales forecasting. Work closely with customers, sales, field application engineering, and finance on product development and cost analysis. Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and support the resolution of product issues (delivery, quality, inventory). Coordinate product and application training. Participate in global strategy initiatives and drive portfolio decisions to increase efficiency and margins. Optimize global portfolio through localization, transfers, and product pruning.

What Your Background Should Look Like 5+ years of Product Management or Product Strategy experience. Relevant experience in Low‑Voltage Terminals and Connectors preferred. 4‑year technical or business degree. Advanced degree (MBA) or P&L management experience preferred. Strong business acumen and commercial understanding. Individual contributor role with potential to manage people.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $197,000 – $255,000 (subject to change based on location). Incentive(s) and benefits package (health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, ESOP, paid time off).
