Marketing Project Manager/Product Marketing Specialist
to lead the management of projects across their organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for marketing communications. Youll be the go-to expert for
tracking projects, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring consistent messaging across departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead project management for assets, including tracking expiration dates and coordinating related creative materials. Serve as the primary contact for language across marketing, sales, training, PR, and product teams. Review and manage proofs and creative materials to ensure accuracy and brand alignment. Coordinate with external partners to maximize claim usage across communications. Oversee budgets and develop materials in collaboration with Sales Training. Plan and facilitate Launch and Marketing Team meetings, including agendas, decks, and collateral. Manage digital messaging portal and assist in competitive product research and claims development. Required Skills Strong project management and follow-up skills (no specific PM software required). Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to translate technical award language into consumer-friendly messaging. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
