Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
We are currently seeking a Junior Personal Injury Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join the firm’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from trial‑tested litigators while gaining hands‑on experience in high‑impact cases involving:
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Workers’ Compensation
Medical Malpractice
Construction Accidents
Product Liability
Wrongful Death and other serious injury matters
Key Responsibilities
Support senior attorneys in managing complex catastrophic injury cases
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses
Develop litigation skills in a supportive, collaborative environment
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar
1–3 years of experience in personal injury or litigation (internship/clinical experience may be considered)
Strong legal writing and research skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and advocate for injured clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
