Job Description This position will support the Enterprise Pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) on all analytical matters. We are seeking a highly analytical and independent Senior Financial Analyst with strong experience in pricing, financial modeling, and data‑driven analysis, ideally within a professional services environment. The Senior Financial Analyst focuses on uncovering insights from data, developing financial and pricing models, and providing ad hoc analyses that shape strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of historical projects, including realization rates, rate per hour, and client attributes that impact pricing.
Evaluate pricing performance, highlight trends, and share actionable insights with business leaders.
Partner with pricing teams to assess deals, optimize commercial terms, and evaluate profitability outcomes.
Perform cohort analysis to understand client performance, retention, and long‑term profitability trends.
Develop and maintain standardized templates for pricing models to support scenario planning and strategic decision‑making.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Partner with the data and analytics team to design and automate reporting dashboards, improving visibility into KPIs such as sales pipeline conversion, pricing effectiveness, client profitability, and service line performance.
Work independently to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high‑quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, sales finance, or pricing analytics (professional services background strongly preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, advanced formulas).
Strong financial acumen and ability to connect financial metrics with operational and client drivers.
Independent thinker with proven ability to take initiative, work with little direction, and consistently deliver sound, data‑driven results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex analysis for diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
The compensation range for this role is $71,150 to $134,860. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
