Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
Respond to in‑person, phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests.
Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer‑service focused, strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in an organized manner.
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Ability to tour the community with clients, walk property, climb stairs.
Valid driver’s license may be required.

Typical base compensation: $21–$23 per hour USD.
