Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/CCU

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional, age‑appropriate care to critically ill patients
Monitor complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
Educate and support patients and families through difficult transitions
Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
License:
Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
Certifications:
BLS (required)
ACLS (required within 90 days for experienced RNs, 6 months for new grads)
CCRN preferred
Experience:
Previous CCU/ICU or step‑down experience highly preferred
Medical‑surgical background considered with strong interest in critical care
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adaptability
