Position Summary Responsible for overseeing nursing operations during Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts, ensuring high‑quality care, safety, and a therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing leadership and manage hospital operations for the overnight shift.
Collaborate with nursing management to develop consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Provide milieu management.

Qualifications
Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience.
Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
