Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for Washington, DC. The role focuses on customer service with visitors at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other public spaces. Strong customer engagement and the ability to provide calm, reassurance to clients are essential.

Responsibilities
Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
Control access and manage entry points.
Perform routine patrols and assess potential risks.
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
Respond to incidents, administer first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
Answer questions by phone or in person.
Document incidents and communicate security concerns.
Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
Qualifications
U.S. work authorization.
High School Diploma or GED.
Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Basic phone and computer skills.
Minimum 3 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
State security license if required.
Active DCSO or DCSPO Guard License.
At least 21 years of age.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Employment Details Full‑time. 3‑4 weeks of training; schedule is flexible and may not guarantee full‑time hours.
