About the Role Prezzee is looking for a relentlessly optimistic and genuinely curious Account Executive who believes deeply in delivering awesome customer experiences. In this high‑impact role, you will be accountable for closing new business deals and accelerating the net‑new customer sales cycle, focusing on identifying market opportunities for our Prezzee Smart Cards. You must have significant experience selling into rewards/recognition, loyalty, gift cards, incentives, or experience selling into insurance, casinos/gaming and professional services. This role is based in either our Chelsea, NYC or San Jose, California office. Key Responsibilities

Operate as a senior member of the sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Selling into the customer base directly to business operations. Deliver on all sales KPIs including meetings, proposals, and revenue. Grow existing accounts and drive the rapid expansion of the new business funnel. Develop partner solutions that clearly achieve client objectives while staying true to the Prezzee brand and our customers. Help identify market opportunities to engage and educate clients on the benefits of the Prezzee Smart Card and seek referrals for other business leads. Develop new relationships and foster current relationships, proactively cold‑calling and following up leads. Set up and onboard B2B clients, running product demos and meeting other customer‑specific requirements to ensure a seamless experience. Act as the main interface between key accounts and the organization to ensure optimal service and participate in strategic business planning to support those accounts. What you bring

Significant experience selling into rewards/recognition, loyalty, gift cards, incentives, or insurance, casinos/gaming and professional services. Strong outbound prospecting skills. Proven track record delivering sales and relationship management outcomes. Ability to work with a number of internal and external key stakeholders. Highly capable in managing multiple priorities. This position can be based in our New York City, Chelsea office or our San Jose office. Base salary ranges between $100,000 to $150,000 USD. Our salary range is based on the industry benchmark for position, location, function and level of individual experience. The total compensation package for this position includes Short Term Incentives (STI) and benefits.
