VP, Sales - Multi Strat Hedge Fund ($2bn+ AUM)
Venture Search is working with a well‑established hedge fund managing $2 billion in AUM, with close to 15 years of performance history. The firm operates globally, focusing on U.S. markets, and employs a multi‑strategy approach. They are looking to bring on a Sales VP to their team. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the CIO and senior leadership.
Base pay range $200.00/yr - $300.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of prospective investors.
Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building strong connections and sourcing new client opportunities.
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, investor materials, and brand positioning.
Manage the full investor engagement process, from initial outreach through to final allocation and onboarding.
Experience & Skills
3–8 years experience marketing liquid alternative or absolute return investment products, ideally within relative value or multi‑strategy frameworks.
Deep understanding of relative value and multi‑strategy hedge fund strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to expanding and leveraging a high‑quality investor network.
