– Cadillac Pasadena dealership. Lead a team to create an exceptional customer experience, select, train, coach, develop and retain Sales Associates, and drive high performance to increase market share, meet unit sales targets, and achieve profit margins.

Compensation Commission-based pay structure with an earning potential of $125,000 – $180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead yourself and the team in a way that supports our Vision and Mission.

Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.

Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes.

Oversee and secure the dealership’s financial and operational assets.

Access and manage sensitive employee and customer records.

Enforce workplace policies and handle disputes or sensitive situations.

Manage inventory, including high-value items like vehicles and parts.

Drive the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.

Manage the negotiation process with Sales Associates to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.

Appraise vehicles for trade.

Manage all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones.

Partner with General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.

Assist in managing controllable expense elements for New and Used Vehicle Departments.

Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Cadillac experience preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of recent automotive sales manager experience.

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven success in auto retail sales.

Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.

Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organization and follow‑up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Performance Measures
